Working alongside our customers, we can create something to meet a price point, style, colour or even a specific event. RETURNS

At Adelina Millinery, we provide complimentary returns. Please email us with regards to returning any item.

We cannot refund or exchange an item that has had the returns swing tag removed. All returned pieces must be in unworn, pristine condition, inside the undamaged, original packaging.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We  are more than happy to ship our creations internationally. email us toget a shipping quote.

 

Delivery charges do not include customs or duty charges that may be incurred for overseas shipments. Adelina Millinery is not responsible for any additional costs or shipment delays as a result of an international shipment. Please also note that our pieces may contain feathers or fibres that are not permitted in your country (especially Australia, New Zealand and USA). We will contact you before completing your order if there is a potential concern.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Send us an email at adelina.wade@gmail.com to request a complimentary refund. We will send you a shipping label and will inform you of the day the courier to come and collect your package.
